Established in 2007, LPS is a dynamic, boutique, delivery focused  project management consultancy based in London and delivering major projects throughout the UK and across Europe. 

LPS have delivered major projects for a range of clients from private developers through to blue chip clients, delivering projects with values in excess of £30m. Our team brings a wealth of experience in the management of major projects.

 We strive to work closely with our clients to build strong working relationships and go beyond the box ticking approach taken by other Project Management Consultancies. We pride ourselves on client retention having worked with many of our clients since our inception.
